As Chief Operating Officer for Atlanta Communities Real Estate Brokerage, Tony spearheads daily operations, administration, and critical growth initiatives. He is the driving force ensuring that the brokerage maintains both financial strength and operating efficiency, delivering a seamless experience for thousands of agents. His unique value is his two decades of experience spanning the cutting edge of real estate technology and executive leadership.

Tony’s career began in 2000, establishing a powerful foundational knowledge by supporting thousands of real estate professionals across the country on complex MLS platforms. Following his relocation to Georgia, he spent over a decade enhancing technology and training offerings, first supporting Georgia MLS members and later leading technical education for member offices and local Realtor boards. This deep technical background informs every strategic decision he makes today.

Joining Atlanta Communities in 2013 as Chief Information Officer, Tony was instrumental in modernizing the firm’s operational core. Since his promotion to COO in 2016, he has managed and created essential organizational processes, providing the leadership and vision necessary to successfully grow the organization in a dynamic market. Holding an Associate Broker’s license and having served as a State Director for the Georgia Association of Realtors®, Tony ensures that technology and strategy are always grounded in practical agent needs and industry governance.

When taking a step back from the demands of real estate, Tony enjoys spending time with his wife, Carley, and their daughter, Everly. Together, they share a passion for cooking, exercising, golfing, and traveling across the country to visit family.
