About Tony Stephens

Tony began his real estate career in 2000 on the technology side by supporting thousands of real estate professionals across the country using different MLS platforms. Upon relocating to Georgia from Minnesota in 2001, he started work at Georgia MLS supporting their members on their technology offerings. After 4 years of technical support he was promoted to the Membership/Marketing Team to further grow the service and to enhance the technical training for member offices and local boards of Realtors.

In 2013 he took the role of Chief Information Officer for Atlanta Communities Real Estate Brokerage. His responsibilities continued to evolve and in 2016 was promoted to Chief Operating Officer. He manages and creates daily operations, processes and administration for the company. In addition to providing leadership and vision to ensure the proper operational procedures are in place to effectively grow the organization, while maintaining financial strength and operating efficiency.

Holding an Associate Brokers license, Tony brings nearly 20 years of real estate, marketing and sales experience to Atlanta Communities and has helped the company introduce and implement new technology and resources to keep the firm relevant and growing since he began in 2013. Tony has also served as a State Director for the Georgia Association of Realtors®.

In his time away from real estate, he enjoys spending time with his wife Carley and their daughter Everly. They all enjoy cooking, exercising, golfing and traveling to see family across the country.
